Service Description

The Resuscitation Council UK Immediate Life Support (ILS) Course is an accredited, one-day programme designed for healthcare professionals who may be first responders to a deteriorating patient or cardiac arrest. It provides the knowledge and practical skills to recognise and manage acutely ill patients using the ABCDE approach, deliver high-quality CPR, perform safe defibrillation, and support airway management. The course also develops effective teamwork and leadership, enabling participants to stabilise patients and manage cardiac arrest until a specialist resuscitation team arrives Includes refreshments, lunch, certificate and RCUK ILS book.
